The Jute Corporation of India will act as complementing agencies for all the schemes of mini mission III. The construction of marketing facilities/infrastructure may be undertaken by Agricultural Marketing Board of the respective States as Market Yard or by other agencies to be nominated by the State Governments & The Construction of Departmental Purchase Center of JCI will be undertaken by JCI.

The Construction of retting tank shall be undertaken by concerning beneficiates/Users Associations/framers as per scheme approved by Implementation Committee. The survey, transfer of technology, training to Jute growers shall be done through Research Institutes/Scientists/Universities/through Departmental Purchase Center of JCI as time to time approved by Implementing Committee.
